This nose displays aromas of fresh apricots, dried orange and tropical fruits. The palate is dominated by a blend of apricot and plum jam, which complements its fruitiness perfectly. It has an excellent balance of sweetness and acidity, and a fresh, long-lasting taste. It is recommended with goose liver, blue cheese and chocolate desserts. Serving temperature: 10–12 °C.
