The Pauleczki-Vin Winery is located in the village of Tolcsva, in the heart of the Tokaj Wine Region. Located around 3 villages we farm 3 vineyards: Mandolás (4,5 hectares – Tolcsva), Budaházi (14 hectares – Olaszliszka) and St. Ignác (9 hectares – Sárazsadány). The high percentage of aromatic grape varieties, superb Tokaji volcanic soil, unique microclimate, low yields and careful winemaking techniques are all important factors that help the company to produce intensely aromatic, high quality, internationally recognized wine specialties from year to year.
